Biloxi Freezing & Processing Inc.

Biloxi Freezing & Processing, Inc., was formed in 1995. At the time, we were focused on providing value added processing of shrimp for other seafood processors, in addition to the public cold storage business.

M&M Shrimp Company was one of BF&P’s largest customers. The business relationship grew into a friendship between the Mavar & Suarez/McLendon Families. Biloxi Freezing & Processing, Inc., and M&M Shrimp Company merged together to better support both companies with the stronger competitive advantage in the market place.

With the union of BF&P and M&M Processing, we are committed to the continued success of packing the same quality products that both families have done for more than seven generations.
